I’m a firm believer that these types of thoughts contribute to the scarcity money mindset, which keep us held back.


Have you ever had an emergency expense happen and think…“Ugh. This is going to cost a fortune to fix”?

That’s scarcity mindset.


The abundance mindset thinks “Whew. Good thing I can afford this minor hiccup.”

The abundance mindset may not even consider the expense but focuses on other aspects of the emergency.


It’s literally freeing.


We beefed up our savings.

Our van broke down recently, but you know what? We’re not even worried about the expense.

Our focus is on figuring out what’s wrong with it. We love our old van and want to fix it.
